Match Day Report: Dynamo dirty White Dove, Home Stars weed out Avedzi as Soccer Wonders baptize Trinity stars in a spirited 4-0 to wrap up Adonai Volta Division two match day one

Vora FC couldn't maintain their lead to draw 2-2 with Mafi Spiders in the Adonai Volta FA division two league match day one.

The 2022/23 Adonai Volta Division two match day one took off across all league centers in Volta and Oti regions.

Interesting results that trooped in at all league venues were a clear indication that, the league has started on a good note.

At the central zone, the league begun on Friday 12th February 2023 recorded Selion FC settling a goalless draw game with Abutia Prestige. An unfamiliar result that bred mixed reactions to the fans in the stands.

Dynamo's only goal became the final result to brush aside White Dove on a Saturday afternoon. Kpetoe Diamond FC division two debut game also ended one apiece as Avatime FC late goal shared the spoils.

On Sunday, Home Stars registered their presence ones again in a three goals galore. Ronald Numenya first touch of the ball in the early minutes scored the opener. After the break, the pacy striker triggered yet another two to get a hat trick. Roland's hat trick heroics leading to a comfortable win against Avedzi United will instill some confidence in the team ahead of their match day two game.

The old ladies of Volta Football could not maintain their two goals lead in the first half. Vora bottled a precious first away win for a draw with Mafi Spiders FC who fought to unweb themselves to level the game to a  2-2 draw.

It was a show of wonders at the Southern sectors to see Soccer Wonders in the world of their own as they baptized Trinity Stars with the holy trinity of four goals to nil.

Trinity Stars strength was no match for the Wonders to triumph over them in a game tripped to have been won by the visitors. The four goal thrashing rather left an indelible mark on the stars to be able to brighten in their next game which is supposed to be home.

Else where at the Northern Sector, Kpasa Palace FC went the traditional way to settle for a draw with Akpini Stars. It was a fair duel for the two sides to share the spoils with a one all ferry tale encounter.

24hourssports.com will publish full result across all league venues in their next publication.
