Congress decides on 1st May for HMFA Division 3 league

The Ho Municipal Football Association yesterday 7th April, 2022 held its Annual Congress to usher in a new division 3 football season.

The Congress held at the Ho Sports Stadium saw both Division 3 and Juvenile delegates representing their respective clubs.

The start of a new season became one topic of interest discussed as members had varied opinions on the choice of date.

A vote was casted where members settled on the 1st May to start the league.

Last season, the Ho Municipal Division 3 became one of the best league organised by the association, many from far and near applauded the association for an impressive division 3 league season.

Speaking at the Congress, the chairman for the association, Foster Kudiabor was confident this season will be better than the previous season. He however advised all clubs to as matter of urgency start preparing.

"Last season was one of the best season of the FA, I am very hopeful this season will be better than what we experienced last season, I want to advise all clubs to prepare well ahead of the season"

ads. Adonai Estate LimitedIt was said at the Congress that, the date for the screening of Juvenile players according to their respective ages will soon be announced in the not too distant future.

The league format as agreed at the Congress will be in a Home and Away format unlike last season, where game centers were adopted with reason being the Covid 19.
