Home Stars to test their pulse with National U17 side


Home Stars welcome national U17 team to the Ho Sports Stadium.

As part of the preparations ahead of the up coming regional division 2 league, Home Stars are set to log horns with the National U17 team at the Ho Sports Stadium.

The friendly game will serve as a preparation ground for the division 2 side as they hope to gain momentum in the coming season. Black Starlets will also use the friendly game to prepare for the WAFU Zone B U17 championship and the up coming Total Energies African Youth Championship.

Home Stars were unlucky in their quest to qualify to the division 1 last season. They were beaten by Akatsi All Stars  in the final middle league play off through a penalty shootouts.

The division 2 league according to the Regional Football Association is set to start on 19th February across all league centers.

The Afeviwo will be looking forward to bounce back in style in order to see a qualification to division 1 sealed this season.

Kick off time for the friendly is 3pm on Sunday February 13.
