Chief Executive Officer of Adonai Estate Limited, Mr. Bright Adonai said he is ready to offer advice to other companies in the same industry.
"I'm open to giving the little I know or advice to other companies that are also in the same industry, our vision is to make land acquisition very flexible and also bridge the housing dificit that we are facing in the country, that's our main idea, so if there are other companies who are having the same vision and idea, why not?" he quizzed.
The young CEO has set the pace as the first real estate developer to link sports to real estate business. Adonai Estate Limited amongst other sporting events has recently supported a basketball championship dubbed Adonai Osagyefo Basketball Championship in the Volta region, the company is currently building sporting infrastructures such as basketball court, volley ball court, football pitch, tennis court, children's play ground and the 18 holes golf course which turns to be the largest golf course in the country.
Sports in the Volta Region has seen a downside development, with many attributing the factor to lack of proper sporting infrastructure. Mr. Adonai speaking with 24 hourssports.com, revealed that an establishment of a sports complex is a plan considered in the not too distant future to help raise talented young ones who will help the region in sporting events.
"We are planning to have the Adonai Sports Academy, we are going to train a lot of people when it comes to other sports disciplines, it's going to be like a school where we will identify talents and try to promote them"
Adonai Estate Limited is a real estate company who has seen over 4000 lands sold to the general public in Volta and other parts of the country.
The company's project is targeted at middle income families including civil servants, public servants, teachers, medical personnel, middle level personnel in the private sector etc.
