Blacks Stars beat Zimbabwe 3-1 at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium in the World Cup Group G qualifier

Black Stars of Ghana this evening made no mistake as they beat their counterparts from Zimbabwe 3-1.

Head coach Milovan Rajevac announced his presence by picking his first win since returning to the national team.

Thomas Partey linked up beautifully with Mohammed Kudus in a one-two pass before Kudus slotting in the goal from outside the 18 yard box.

Zimbabwe after half time came back to the game when referee Atcho Pierre Ghislain handled a foul to Zimbabwe in the Black Stars penalty area. Knowledge Musona stepped in to score the consolation goal from the spot for the Warriors.

Ghana's second goal came from Thomas Partey who capitalized on a loose ball, dribbled pass his marker to score the second goal for the Black Stars.

Andre Ayew was not left behind after the captain registering his name on the score sheet heading home a fine cross from Abdul Baba Rahman

Black Stars now lies behind South Africa with only a point separating them in Group G.
