Moro Iddrisu stages a comeback as he rescinds decision to quit refereeing

Moro Iddrisu after careful consultations decided to go back to the pitch with the whistle in his hand.


In what many found disappointing after Moro Iddrisu announced his intention to quit refereeing, the Police Officer and a Class One referee announced to rescind his decision to quit as a referee official.

As the popular adage goes, 'it is only a fool who doesn't change his mind', Moro Iddrisu revealed how some personalities called on him and the consultations done left him no choice than change his mind.

"Upon careful consultations and several calls from close affiliates, I have no option than to rescind this decision"

The Class One referee again took to his colleagues on the WhatsApp platform he announced the famous decision encouraged young referees who  are looking up to him and have decided to also hang their whistles to also rescind their decision and be united to build a solid future.


" To the young referees who wanted to also quit, please rescind your decision and let's unite to build a good future"

A hand of gratitude was extended to some key personalities who according to Moro Iddrisu, helped to influence his decision. He also thanked the Ghana Police administration for their unflinching support given him.
