The Organizing Committee of the Volta Regional Football Association yesterday, August 13, met all participating teams that qualified to the next round of the Regional Football league to draw a ballot for the group in respective Zones.
The meeting saw all 20 teams fully represented voted for the motion to adopt the round robin system to determine the outcome of the qualified teams to the middle league which is scheduled to start on Friday August 20, 2021.
Dynamo, Home Stars have been paired alongside Tsiame Young Stars in group B of the Central Zone. Group A will see Vora FC locking horns with Volta Rangers and Maranatha FC from Dzemeni.
Teams seeded were Volta Rangers, Akatsi All Stars, Roberto FC and Sons of Thunder. Dynamo FC and Tsiame Young Stars who also topped their group were paired in group B in Central Zone as Vora FC and Maranatha who became second best in their respective Group Zones were paired with Volta Rangers in the Central Zone.
Other Zones; Southern and Northern will also square it off in their various groups.
