Kotoko to lose another big cash after Appeals Committee ruling |
The Appeals Committee of the Ghana Football Association has ruled to the effect that, Kumasi Asante Kotoko is to pay a whooping sum of $36,000 equivalent to GH¢204,600 to 4 ex players who petitioned the Ghana Football Association within 6 working days.
The players, Abass Mohammed, Evans Owusu, Ayiku Tetteh and Kelvin Andoh who petitioned the Appeals Committee over what they described as a breach of contract by the Porcupine Warriors will be compensated within 6 days.
The Player Status Committee in recent time placed a transfer ban and a Fine on Kotoko after it was revealed Kotoko has breached the transfer code of ethics.
Meanwhile, management of the Kumasi based club, are yet to respond to the ruling whether it will be accepted or not.
