Tiger Woods Sympathizes with George Floyd's Family

Tiger Woods

American Golf star, Tiger Woods is the newest to add his voice regarding the inhumane treatment that was meted out to George Floyd, where a police officer was captured on camera kneeling on his neck for close to nine minutes leading to his death on arrival at the hospital.

Tiger Woods expressed his heartfelt condolences and disgust about how the whole thing went down between Mr. Floyd and the four police men.

“My heart goes out to George Floyd, his loved ones and all of us who are hurting right now,” Woods said in a statement posted on Twitter.

According to CNN, the four officers involved with the act have all been fired on Tuesday.  Chauvin has since been charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. This incident has sparked protests across the US, with some turning into violent.

The Trump headed administration has said it will deploy the military to help arrest the situation if things don't smother in the coming days.
