KONADU EXCITED ABOUT KOTOKO WIN, PROMISES MORE WINS

The Porcupine Warriors beat Bechem United to amass 21 points after Match Day 12.
Kotoko dispatched troublesome Bechem United 3-1 in the week 12 fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium on a Friday night.

Kotoko has been in the news when they  lost 1-0 to Aduana Stars after starting with 10 men. The worst happened when the Porcupines were surprisingly eliminated from the FA Cup round of 64 by Asokwa Depotivo after losing 2-1 at the Len Clay Sports Stadium. This series of loses compelled the chairman of the club, Dr. Kwame Kyei to vent his anger on the playing and technical team of the club.

Reacting to the win, Maxwell Konadu was delighted to bounce back in a great fashion, promising to win more games for the fans.

" Everyone knows what we have been through in the last couple of days, if you have a club chairman who is not happy about the team, then it means you must do better, I think we have started very well, I like the response by my boys, I'm happy we won and I can assure the fans that, it will continue in Match Day 13 and beyond"

Bechem United's Hafiz Wontah first pulled the trigger in the 20' of play. Kotoko responded 15' later through Martin Antwi, while Augustine Okrah's goal sent Kotoko's tally to two before the first half. Ibrahim Moro added the third goal to send Kotoko to  21 points.

Other week 12 fixtures comes off on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
