MATCH PREVIEW: LIBERTY PROF VS MEDEAMA

Liberty Prof  welcomes Medeama SC at the Carl Reindoff Park in Match Day 3

The scientific soccer lads will hope to record their first win in the Match Day 3 of the Ghana Premier League this afternoon when they host Medeama SC at the Carl Reindorff Park.

Liberty despite yet to lose a game has seen two disappointing draws so far with just only 2 points from a possible 6.

David Ocloo will have to pull all the antics from the sky to defeat Medeama who are a strong side and are tied with Ashgold, Kotoko, Aduana, WAFA and Dreams FC all having 6 points on the log with only goals differences separating them.

Medeama have proven beyond every doubt of winning the league. They will travel to a home where out of 6 games, have picked up 3 draws at the Carl Reindorff Park. The Yellow and Mauve has won only once here as far back in 2013. They will go into the game having that at their back of their mind!

Even though Medeama so far has gone unbeaten in all two games, the story may end here in the Match Day 3 inspite of their goal scoring abilities.

Both teams to score will be the best option in this encounter as both teams have shown some goal scoring abilities in their previous games with Medeama likely to score a brace here this afternoon.

HEAD TO HEAD

Liberty professionals could not win Medeama when they hosted the Tarkwa boys here in the NC special competition with the scoreline pegged at 1-1.

Liberty Professionals in 6 matches at home against Medeama has won 2, losing 1 and drawing 3.

Medeama defied all odds to win 1-2 against Liberty Professionals in the 2012/13 league season, making Medeama the only win they ever picked from Liberty Professionals.
