One of the top liners of the Ghana premier league in Match Day 6 took place at the Golden City Park in Sunyani.

League leaders, Berekum Chelsea welcomed second placed Aduana Stars in a regional derby.

Landuet's men scored the first goal through the spot kick which was expertly taken by Stephen Amankonah in the 26' of the first half.

The best chance of the day fell on the side of Berekum Chelsea's Jonah Attuquaye but failed to put the ball into an empty net.

The blues kept their composure at defense to ward off the attacks from Aduana Stars. A more attacking game from the Ogya boys kept goal Keeper Danlad Ibrahim busy through out as he was determined to prevent Aduana from scoring.

Paul Tandoh, after effecting some changes saw a turn around in the dying embers of the game. An 86' goal from Pius Yeboah brought the game to a pulsating 1-1 draw.

Berekum Chelsea now have 14 points and remain on top of the league table as Aduana Stars follows closely with 13 points after Match Day 6.

Elsewhere, Great Olympics dispatched Inter Allies 1-0 to keep their hopes alive in the on going Ghana league. A Sackey Philip's goal was enough to crown 'Oly gbogbo' winners of today's encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Medeama edged past Ashgold in a 1-0 victory at the Tarkwa Akoon Park. Prince Opoku Agyeman's goal separated the two sides as the Yellow and Mauve cruised to victory. The Miners failed to pull a leveler despite Yakubu Mambo's changes.
